Hi Irina,i got this letter few days ago,and when i checked the name of the settlement where she come from Noviyy Toryal its link to your scammerslist site,so it could be a place used to be use by scammer.
Can you check if this letter might send by a scammer?

I am 95 percent sure that she is a scammer.
I do not understand who first in Kazan scammer group found this word 'structure' and think it to be a synonime of profile. But somebody found and they often use it. I have not seen normal people use this word.
