Irina can you tell me about selling apartments in Russia; is this following statement true:
"Under Russian laws before sale of a house it is necessary to pay the tax
to ground, to pay services of registration and service of the agent in
sales. For this purpose it is required to pay the full sum of tax before the sale and if not paid the sale will not go through."
Is this a true statement Irina? In Australia this tax and payment comes out of the sale price and the rest is handed over to the person
selling the apartment.
Kind regards,
Joshua Rand

Hello Joshua,
It is not right (a lie).
The same as in Australia the tax comes out of sale price and the rest is handed over to the person selling the apartment or a house. All
these services (the service of the agent for sales, and taxes) are paid from the money for the house. Nothing is needed before.
Who says you this lie?
Best regards,
Irina

Hello Irina,
Maybe I should be paying you a commission for all your answers. This is another Russian woman who vowed her love to me and plans
to sell up and move to Australia. Maybe I should give up on that part of the world.
Well at least now I have learnt to ask questions before I stupidly fall into another web.............I'm too much of a nice man.
Irina thanks again for you amazing help.
Best Regards,
Joshua
P.S. If I ever get back to see my friends in Sweden I should visit you in Russia and thank you personally for all your help.

Hello Joshua,
:) Do not give up.
I think, you are just looking in the wrong place full of scammers.
Be active yourself, write letters yourself, and you won't be caught by a scammer.
I will be happy to meet you in Russia :). You are always welcome.
Best regards,
Irina
