She changes her photos sometimes, she changes her email addresses all the time, but she leaves the same name and surname (she is not from a scammer group, so she needs a real name so that to receive money from men). Letters are scammer like. You can search in Internet by the name Irina Domracheva and you will find her there.
I suppose that you are from USA and so she can't just come to you, travel agency or no travel agency.
It is a scam.
