Can you please when you write not cut our previous communication? I have about 5-10 letters each day with asking for checking. I can forget somehting and it is difficult for me that I can't look at previous letters.
According to Russian statistics there are about 3 mobile telephones for each person here. There are very rarely but there are cases when there are no home telephones, but I can't imagine young girl who do not have a mobile telephone. Even all children at school have mobiles.
Her level of english is also sufficient (in her letter) for you to call.
It is just an excuses so that do not give the telephone number.
And all the first part is standard letter, with quick falling in love.
She is a scammer.

I do apologize for that I hope you will forgive me.

I just wanted to let you know that I sent this little scammer a parting message. I had some very harsh words for her. As well as making her feel like a complete idiot. I know that this person will never stop, but it's gotta make her feel bad. That she failed in trying to scam me.

I would love to see these scammers put into a United States federal prison. I'm sure spending years with murderers, and all sorts of scum. Would make them choose a different path in life. And I'm sure you would agree with that.
