She is a scammer. It s a famous scammer group in Cheboksary (Yoshkar-ola, Kirov, these three cities are very close to each other and this group operates there). Where have you sent money? How much have you sent? Please read my articles and my communication with other users and you will see all the signs there.

But I think that you were also asked to send money not to this name and so the name, photos are really not important, they can give any name and any address, but then ask to send money to that man name or to the tour agency.
Russian tour agency will not send you any information and won't ask anyone to send them money. If you personally find them and apply to them on behalf of a woman they can do it, you are their client. But this is just a fake, it is a scammer group that finds more and more excuses to ask you for money.

It is not "she", it is they. It is a group, and usually it is different people who write letters and couriers-girls who receive money.
Many men do that "joke" but I doubt that anybody suffers and anybody is angry. You are from Sweden and maybe it is easier for you to come to Russia and to put them to prison than for USA citizens with whom they mostly work.
If you go to the city where you sent money, you can file a case against them in the police and put them all to prison.
