Hello Vasco, It is a scam! Sure of it. There are no such rule as to show any money at the customs. Money account or a paper that confirms that a person exchanged money sometimes is needed for receiving a visa, but when visa is received - you can go without any showing money. She is lying there. And it is a lie about snow :), it is about plus 10 in Moscow now. She is a scammer. Best regards, Irina
