This is actually my second contact with this scammer. Ever since the last encounter (in which I was robbed) I have been tracking her, largely just to see if it could be done. The photos of this particular woman went off the radar for a while, but they recently resurfaced with a different name, a different e-mail address and an entirely different profile. This is likely the same scammer, though. So I sent a bait e-mail to initiate a second dialogue, and she took the bait. This is what she wrote so far:
"Hi xxx! How to you my friend. I am very glad that you replied to my post on the site, I think that we know each other better and Later we meet. Tell me about yourself, what are you doing? as you spend your time? I am interested to know. Send me your need photograph. In this my first letter I will tell you a little about yourself my name is Zhanna, me 29 years old, I live in Russia homepage in the city of Tomsk, you know about my city? I think that you are not a problem the distance between us? What do you think? How do you think about that I live in Russia?"
"We - two people who want to meet someone - it is only for serious relations. Am I right? We can try to know each other better, but if You do not want it - your choice. In my letter I send you my photo, I hope that you are like. With this I conclude my short letter and will wait with look for your answer. Next time I'll write more, promise. with Sincerely. Your friend Zhanna!!!"
I wrote a response letter, in which I expressed (falsely) an interest to pursue a relationship. Hopefully, this will entice the scammer to provide more information to build up this profile and better inform the IC3. Also, so far as I'm aware, only one other person has reported this current scam on another scam site, which is how I discovered it. Seeing how little known this current scam is, I figured that I should help spread the word and get it posted on other sites as soon as possible. That said, I hope this information will be useful to you and your users.
