I changed day of flight for 19 FEB.
Dear, I again went in embassy and spoke all that you have written.
But me again have said, that I can not receive the visa if I do not confirm my ability to pay.
They again have confirmed that I should give an extract from bank or in a cash equivalent the sum 20$ * (days of stay in USA)
I have said that I will arrive for one month and consequently to me have said that I should confirm that I have 600 $.
Dear, I am really tired, I asked about it again in agency and me have said same.
As I wrote I will not spend these funds, and if you can help me, I will give back funds at the airport.
I do not know why we have the different information but I really told you that to me do not give the visa.
Also I can not long remain in Moscow, my friend has family and small child.
And I do not want to deliver to them inconveniences. If we will not solve this problem and I will not fly in close time I should go home.

I have some news: the first one is good, the second one prevents us to meet.
As you know yesterday I went to the airport and book tickets for February 16.
I'll write all details later.
Now I will write in details about the problem because I can not get my visa.
Yesterday, when I was at the embassy to have a final conversation with the counsil and get my visa,
they checked that I have the tickets in both ways, medical checking and all other documents.
But I was refused in visa because of income statement that I provided. It does not correspond to the minimum necessary.
And I have to show bank statement or cash equivalent of the amount of $ 600.
But I do not have any bank account in Russia. Nobody trusts the banks and not keep there savings.
Moreover registration of bank account takes a very long time and it is a very long process
to get all the necessary documents to open such bank accounts.
These funds will be proof to your and my government that I will have funds to live in your country.
And I'm not going to beg or be engaged in no legitimate business.
I hate the bureaucracy, but I am unable to deal with this and I can not get a visa to fly to you if I'm not going to confirm my ability to pay.
Yesterday and today I tried to contact all my friends, but nobody can help me at this time.

Today I had a difficult day, but I had time to walk around Moscow and buy a gift for you.

Everything is great here and I want to share some good news with you.
As I wrote you before today I have talked with my boss about the vacation and I have got that!!!
At the beginning of our conversation she wanted that I would work for some days more
but after 30 minutes of belief that I have explained her I can not work and I would be an angry worker, she agreed.
I am so happy now. I didn’t take the vacation for a long time.
If I want I can take even double vacation. But I will think of that later.
I have got the bonus and my salary. It is about 37 000 Rub or $1300.
Maybe for your country it is not so big money but believe me for Russia it is a very good salary.
I have already handed over all documents and necessary papers to my colleagues and I am now completely free from work.
Today I will buy and watch some brochures to look at which countries I can go. And what documents I should do for that trip.
I have never been abroad and it has been always my little dream.
In the Russian south after the announcement of the Sochi Olympics in 2014, prices rose several times.
